Modern Contemporary Villa

This project explores the balance between bold contemporary forms and the warmth of natural materials. The design is defined by strong horizontal roof planes, floating volumes, generous terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that maximizes natural light and visual connection to the landscape.

Design concept

Deep reveals and cantilevered slabs cut the summer sun while framing the hills beyond. The material palette is deliberately limited to lime plaster, stone and glass.
